These terms govern your purchase from Wildling. They are written under English law and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
1. About us

2. Our contract with you
When you place an order on this site you make us an offer. We accept the offer and the contract is formed when we email you order confirmation. We may decline to accept any order without giving a reason — typically because of stock, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we decline, we refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken via Stripe; we do not see or store your card number. We may withhold dispatch if payment fails or is reversed.
4. Pricing and description errors
If we discover an obvious error in price or description after you order — for example, a price clearly too low to be intentional — we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel for any reason. See Returns Policy for the procedure. This right does not apply to certain products (sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed; bespoke items; perishables) — these are flagged on the product page.
6. Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they aren't, you have the right within 30 days of receipt to a full refund, or after 30 days to a repair or replacement. Contact us at hello@wildling.shop and we will arrange free return postage and remedy.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within the working-day window stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered. If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable period, you may treat the contract as ended and we will refund you in full.
8. Accuracy of website content
We try to keep stock counts, photographs and product details accurate, but small variations occur (especially for hand-finished pieces). The character of a product may differ slightly from its photograph and that is part of the appeal — but we do not use this to mask substantive defects.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use this site for unlawful purposes, don't attempt to interfere with its security, and don't scrape it for competitive purposes without our written permission.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, code) is owned by Wildling or licensed to us. You may view and download for personal, non-commercial use; you may not reproduce or republish without our written permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to limit liability. Subject to that, our total liability for any single order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Complaints and disputes
Email hello@wildling.shop. We will acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve within fourteen. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may use the EU's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr (UK customers can still access this), or refer the matter to UK courts.
13. Governing law
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed the order. We post the date of the most recent change at the top of this page.
