UK delivery

• Standard delivery — 2 to 4 working days, tracked. Free on orders over £50, otherwise £3.95.
• Express delivery — next working day if ordered before 2pm Mon–Thu. £6.95.

We pack on weekdays. Orders placed at the weekend ship on the next working day.

Tracking

You receive a despatch email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our packer. If you don't receive that email within 3 working days of ordering, please email hello@wildling.shop.

Late or missing

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of despatch, contact us. We will chase the carrier and either refund you in full or send a replacement once any necessary loss claim is complete.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking further, and email us within 48 hours. We refund or replace and cover return postage.

International

Wildling currently ships to UK addresses only.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before paying. We cannot intercept a parcel once it has left us. If a parcel returns to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we re-charge for re-delivery.
